Diritto di recesso (14 giorni)
Ai sensi della Direttiva europea 2011/83/UE, hai il diritto di recedere dal presente contratto entro 14 giorni senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione.
Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu, o un terzo da te designato (diverso dal corriere), acquisisci il possesso fisico dei beni.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, devi informarci della tua decisione tramite una comunicazione esplicita (ad esempio una lettera inviata per posta o via e-mail) a:

Puoi utilizzare il modulo tipo di recesso allegato, ma non è obbligatorio.
Effetti del recesso
In caso di recesso, ti rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, incluse le spese di consegna (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla scelta di un tipo di consegna diverso dal tipo meno costoso da noi offerto), senza indebito ritardo e in ogni caso entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui siamo informati della tua decisione di recedere.
Effettueremo il rimborso utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo diverso accordo. In ogni caso non incorrerai in alcuna commissione come conseguenza del rimborso.
Puoi restituire i beni o consegnarli a noi senza indebito ritardo e in ogni caso entro 14 giorni dalla data in cui ci hai comunicato il recesso. Il termine è rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni.
Esclusioni dal diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso non si applica ai beni personalizzati o confezionati su misura (ad esempio prodotti con ricamo o personalizzazione su richiesta del cliente).

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Under European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) to:

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. products with embroidery or customization requested by the customer).
