SHIPPING IN ITALY

For shipments in Italy, Cieffepi Home Collections will deliver products to couriers GLS, UPS, POSTE ITALIANE, and DHL within 24-48 working hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from receipt of payment. Delivery times are 24/48 hours for Italy, 48/72 hours for islands (Sardinia, Sicily, and smaller islands).

During holiday periods, deliveries may be delayed compared to the delivery date indicated during the order process.

The purchased goods will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the buyer at the time of purchase. The buyer will receive an email confirming the shipment, containing the tracking number to monitor delivery, or they can check the real-time status by logging into their reserved area on our website.

The cost of shipping is 6.90 euros per order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipments, we use DHL express, CRONO internazionale, and UPS couriers.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country; to know the value, simply enter the destination country and view the calculation. Purchased products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer, as soon as possible and in any case within 2 working days from the order date.

The successful shipment of goods will be notified via a specific email containing the tracking number. The shipping cost is clearly visible before completing the purchase procedure and placing the order.

We recommend customers to accurately fill in the order form in all its parts to facilitate the courier's task.
The courier makes 2 delivery attempts. If the first is not successful, the recipient will find a card on the intercom or in their mailbox, containing all the information to contact the courier and arrange delivery.
If the 2 delivery attempts are not successful, the package sent via Poste Italiane will be held at the nearest post office and will remain there for up to 10 days.

Please note: upon delivery of the package, the Customer is required to check:

• - that the number of packages delivered matches what is indicated in the transport document.

• - that the label affixed to the package bears their first and last name.

• - that the packaging is intact.

We advise our customers to sign the delivery note and write ''accepted with reservation''. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with the insurance claim in case of disputes regarding the package. It is the buyer's duty to check the integrity of the material received within and no later than 2 (natural and consecutive) days from the arrival of the product. After this deadline, Cieffepi Home Collections will no longer be responsible for damage and/or missing material.

GIFT ORDER: with us, you can buy a gift and have it sent directly to whoever you want. Your purchase will arrive at the address you provided without a receipt, and the payment receipt will not show the total or individual prices. Gift orders must be reported by phone or by sending an email.
